- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Customer pays return shipping
- Customer must trigger return request in returns portal.
- Customer must have unit post-marked for return to TheraNinja within 7 days of approval
- Customer is responsible for the unit until it is received by the TheraNinja Returns Processing Center. We highly recommend a shipping tracking number is used.
- Products must be returned free of any physical or mechanical defects not caused by the manufacturer or during inbound shipping
- Products must be returned in their original form of packaging, inclusive of the original product box
- Products must be returned in-full, inclusive of the main percussion massage device, product case and all accessories (massage heads)
- Refunds will only be applied to the original form of payment used to make the order.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
